La Isla Apartment Complex A lovely south-facing, top floor, one bedroom apartment, which can sleep 4 adults, and is situated on this small and tranquil development of La Isla, considered to be one of the best complexes in Javea. La Isla is set in its own outstanding tropical gardens with lawns around the lagoon-style swimming pool, surrounding a garden island approached by attractive bridges. The garden is filled with palm trees and flowering shrubs and is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing in the natural shade. Access to the gardens is restricted to residents. There is undercover shade parking opposite the front entrance door. For security, access to the apartment block is by entryphone system.

| The apartment overlooks the gardens and pool and is modern, well furnished and equipped with a lounge/dining room with satellite TV. Patio doors to balcony and sun terrace with table & chairs, parasol & sunchairs where you can spend those warm summer days enjoying a cool drink, dining or relaxing. A separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas/electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fully tiled Bathroom with bath/shower over, washbasin, bidet and toilet. One double bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and patio doors opening on to the sun terrace. (A new sofa bed is available in the Lounge and can be reserved at a supplement. It opens into a comfortable full size double bed.) |

| The La Isla complex is located very close to the shopping area, tourist office and banks with just a level, 5 minute stroll to the blue Mediterranean sea. The Arenal beach is a lovely, safe, Blue Flag sandy bay beach fringed with palm trees and a promenade with a wonderful choice of restaurants and bars and a very lively, fun nightlife for all ages. Javea is a wonderful holiday experience and this friendly, upmarket holiday destination, with its great atmosphere, offers a wide range of sports activities including all types of watersports, two golf courses, tennis and bowls clubs. The very attractive Javea Port and old town need exploring and are full of interesting discoveries. Using your car makes it easy to visit other places of interest along the coast, such as Moraira, Altea, the new Terra Mitica theme park or Aqualandia at Benidorm for the children.
