Booking Procedure |

|
On making a definite reservation a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rent is required, the balance to be paid six weeks before commencement of holiday. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer. We regret we are unable to accept payments by credit card or by direct debit. On receiving your deposit payment we will send you a first receipt with details of your outstanding balance, method and date of payment. When your full payment is received we will send you a second receipt which will include Directions to Javea from Alicante or Valencia Airport and meeting arrangements for collection of keys. |

| A £50.00 Deposit will be added to your final balance to cover breakages/non-return of keys, refundable within 14 days of your departure from the apartment, less the cost of any replacements required. | ||
