Enquiries and bookings may be made using the Internet, or phone or a combination of both. They will be handled on a friendly and personal basis.
On booking a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total rent is required, the balance to be paid six weeks before commencement of booking. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer. We regret we are unable to accept payments by credit card or by direct debit.
With the first receipt you will receive a form for you to detail your requirements, such as car hire, cot hire, and special requests. With the second receipt we will send directions and arrival instructions.

A £250.00 Deposit will be charged to cover breakages/non-return of keys, refundable on your departure from the villa, less the cost of any replacements required.
